Aware of the importance of the circular economy, the Rodríguez family has taken their passion for coffee beyond production. They have evolved within the specialty coffee market, learning how to process, taste, and prepare their own coffee, allowing them to close the cycle of production and transformation on their farm. Today, Finca El Recuerdo not only cultivates excellent coffee, but also offers it directly to consumers in their own coffee shop, located on the farm. There, each cup tells a story of tradition, evolution, and love for coffee. |
