| Cupping Notes: | In the Palmera neighborhood, Gaitania, Planadas, lies my farm, El Brillante, where I have dedicated my life to the production of specialty coffee. Since my beginnings in coffee cultivation, I have worked with meticulousness and passion, always focused on quality and the refinement of my processes. Together with my family, we are part of the Páez Indigenous Reserve of Gaitania, a community of which I am deeply proud. For me, it is essential to highlight the quality of the coffee and life within the Nasa community, showing the world the value of our culture and coffee tradition. My Geisha coffee has become a benchmark within the sector thanks to rigorous and careful agricultural and post-harvest management. Aware of the importance of every detail, I have dedicated years to improving every aspect of production, ensuring that each lot reflects the effort, discipline, and coffee tradition of Planadas. My work has been recognized in the region, establishing me as one of the most prominent producers in the production of specialty coffees. Each harvest represents a new challenge and an opportunity to continue perfecting my craft, ensuring coffee with unique aromatic profiles and exceptional quality. |
